Soul School holds the philosophy, principles, and transmissions behind everything I offer:

This work is not about bypassing life, transcending emotion, or fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are while learning how to live here — embodied, present, and sovereign.

- Healing, integration, and embodiment;
- Emotional maturity and nervous system awareness;
- Intuition, spirit, and lived spirituality;

This is not theory-first work.
